The Tasmanian digital solutions provider has been sold to an ASX-listed entity.

Groom Kennedy has advised the sellers on the sale of TasmaNet, one of Australia’s leading digital solutions providers, to Field Solutions Group (FSG), an ASX listed rural and regional telecommunications carrier.

The combination of FSG and TasmaNet will create an enviable position as Australia’s fastest growing regional telco operating a national NBN network and Australia’s largest non-NBN and wireless networks.
